Are you ready to nail this recipe? Then let’s get started.

Step 1: Grab at least two regular-sized lemons, slice them, and squeeze them to get as much juice as possible.

Take note that you need at least ½ cup of juice (120 milliliters) for this recipe.

Once you’re able to squeeze all the lemon juice out, strain it and pour it into a cooking pot together with 120 grams of granulated sugar, 1/2 cup of water, 30 grams of cornstarch, and a pinch of turmeric.

Step 2: Mix all the ingredients together, cook with consistent stirring under low heat, and wait until the mixture becomes thick.

Transfer it to a mixing bowl, cover it with cling wrap, and let it cool down for a while.

Step 3: While waiting, start preparing the other part of the recipe by pouring 1 cup of whipped cream and 1/4 cup of granulated sugar into a separate mixing bowl.

Combine the ingredients with a hand mixer.

After that, transfer a small amount of it into a piping bag.

Step 4: Go back to the lemon mixture and mix it a little to loosen it, this will make it easier to mix with the cream.

Once done, combine the lemon mixture and the whipped cream. Use a hand mixer to achieve a thick and fluffy outcome.

Step 5: It’s time to put it in your desired container, preferably a cup.

Put the combined lemon mix and whipped cream first before decorating the top with the solo whipped cream.

Let your imagination do the work and be creative.
